This is a fine tool.
While working on a dock at an island cottage, this tool was extremely useful, versatile, and dependable. There were a few spots where we had to rely on the cordless drill, but using the manual tool for boring and drilling (a hex shank bit fits in the chuck just fine) saved a lot of battery life and meant that the cordless would perform when we really needed it.
I highly recommend using one of these if you get a chance.
